The two grand parlors connect to provide to an open, spacious gathering place for smaller, seated meetings (up to 35) or for larger, mixer parties (up to 65). The original 10 foot pocket doors can be used to section the space in two. The east facing original stained glass bay windows are a spectacular feature of the combined rooms.
The formal dining room is adorned with a two-tiered 16-light crystal chandelier and a breathtaking picture window overlooking the live oak-covered acreage. Ten to sixteen persons may be seated comfortably around the antique table.
The grand staircase in the entry with a lighted statue of "Venus" atop the anchoring newel post is the perfect spot for photo memories.
Or celebrate under the canopy of live oak trees! The outdoor space is packed granite surface with LED lighting to illuminate the night. Gather around the firepit and gaze at the stars (firewood complimentary).
Conveniently located 5 blocks from downtown Bryan, 3 miles from Blinn campus, 5 miles from Texas A&M University and Kyle Field, and 7 miles from RELLIS campus.
